Aqua Kyoto

Sundays are for bottomless brunches…and what better place to indulge than at the infinity brunch at Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street.  It’s a welcome escape away from the chaos of Oxford Circus, and comes complete with a roof terrace for post lunch cocktails.

As you may have guessed from the name, the menu is Japanese, consisting of 7 courses, which includes dessert!

The Aqua Restaurant Group originated in Hong Kong about 15 years ago and now includes 25 restaurants in Hong Kong, Beijing and London, with the London contingent  consisting of Aqua Kyoto, Aqua Nueva and Aqua Spirit (all located in its Regent Street hotspot) Aqua Shard and Hutong (both located in the Shard).

Go here for: bottomless brunch; whittling away a Saturday or Sunday; ladies catch-ups

Menu highlights: ginormous sushi platter; yakitori; bottomless bubbles

Top tips: if you’re not a big fan of Japanese food there is also Aqua Nueva which serves Spanish tapas and is also bottomless (ask for Sobremesa Sundays); if you don’t want to do lunch, head straight up to the terrace for cocktails to break up your shopping trip

Price: £55 for lunch and unlimited bubbles or peach bellinis – tip additional
